Missions and Ministries

November Missions: We support Chum!

Help Needed Now More Than Ever: With the government shutdown, MN Dept of Health announced those who receive food assistance will not get their benefits. This includes SNAP and, in mid-November, WIC benefits.

We join our community in supporting Chum and the many ways they care for our neighbors in need. Please consider an extra donation to them (chumduluth.org) and/or bringing additional food to the Chum basket. We’ll make sure it gets there!

For more ways to help your neighbors experiencing shortages of food, clothing, and shelter, please visit CHUM’s website. (chumduluth.org/how-to-get-involved).

Prefer to donate in other ways? Here is the Chum Wishlist.

Quilting Ministry

The quilters meet on Thursdays, 9:30 a.m., to work on warm quilts to give to people in need, hospitals, and other locations. Even if you can’t sew, your skills are needed to finish some much needed quilts.

Senior Ministry

Join us in building community, singing hymns, and reading the Gospel at Open Arms Senior Living!

Contact Greg Hansen (ghansen5347@gmail.com) or the church office (office@fogduluth.org) to let us know you’re joining us. Or just show up. That’s fun, too.

Open Arms Worship: (2nd & 4th Sundays of every month.
